Deere & Company is seeking a Engineer Product II in East Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, related field or foreign equivalent plus 5 years related experience. Required skills: Build and solve virtual simulations of CFD, DEM, MBD and their co-simulations (3 yrs); Develop new methods for virtual representation of physics of crop gathering, separation, cleaning, storing and residue management in crop harvesting equipment (4 yrs); Develop lab or field tests required to aid in the development of crop separation virtual methods (3 yrs); Correlate simulation data to physical tests and improve analysis processes to reduce the turnaround time and achieve higher accuracy (3 yrs). Up to 10% domestic travel required.
