DESIGN APPRENTICE – APPAREL / INNOVATION / GRAPHICS

CREATIVE CONCEPT: PUSHING BOUNDARIES AND UNLOCKING NEW IDEAS!

As an Apprentice, you will be directly involved in the complete product development: from inspiration research, storytelling, ideating designs/sketches and initial prototyping to final release. You will be a full and responsible member of the team and support us to become better every day!

Job Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS:

• Assist the apparel and/or graphics team daily to accurately depict sketches, designs, ideations, technical drawings, and other required art / illustrations
• Create resources for all areas to draw inspiration and innovation
• Research and apply new and innovative ways to use existing & new techniques
• Support a creative center of excellence tasked with experimenting, pushing the boundaries and unlocking new ideas
• Ensure the design reflect and evolve the current creative direction
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and exclusive fashion partners
• Translate fashion and culture trends to the brand, products, product lines, design concepts, color, and graphics
• Create an independent innovative design project through the apprenticeship

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE:

• Good sketching and rendering skills to communicate concepts and ideas
• Passion for fashion, trend and innovation
• Previous Design experience or product building experience is a plus
• Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks
• Recent graduate (within past three years) in Fashion Design or Graphic Design, or comparable program/ certifications

KEY FACTS:

• Start Date: September 2023
• Duration: up to 12 months
• All Apprentices will be paid hourly
• Location: Reebok HQ in Boston, MA (onsite)
• All applicants must be local to the Boston, MA area
