We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling all of our customer service requests, including data entry and resolving issues in a timely manner. We are specifically seeking candidates with prior technical support experience and a commitment to the goals of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Take orders from customers.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Explain to customers how the system works.
  • Answer customer questions.
  • Deal with angry customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
