Valid VDACS Registered Tech License Is required! Or commitment to obtain one within the first 30 days of being hired. We can guide you in obtaining one and the requirements are the following:

• Studying the manual and taking the test
• 40 hours of field training

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like:

-Applying fertilizer, treating weeds on lawns and performing other professional applications such as aeration and over-seeding.

-Provide mosquito/exterior pest control services

-Control weeds in ornamental beds using various products with our Premium Bed Care Program (PBC)

-Completing lawn analyses and make service recommendations for various types of lawns.

-Act as point of contact for client lawn needs.

-Answer questions and follow up on questions or concerns clients have.

-Enter and maintain a log of all client interactions and issues. This includes all support email interactions, phone calls, chats and any other issue related to our clients.

-Be able to learn and use our CRM software (Service Autopilot) to complete daily tasks.

-Support and encourage your team in any way possible.

-Assist on special projects and any other tasks as necessary.

-Meet established performance goals.

COMPENSATION

$700 - $800 week starting pay, if you have experience and can learn fast there is quick opportunity for pay raises.
