A good understanding of Northern Californian produce.·

Most importantly we are looking for people that love to learn and are team oriented.

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Must be available to work weekends

Able to stand for duration of shift

Experience preferred but not required

PAY RATE FOR FOOD RUNNER/EXPO:

Other duties as assigned by management

Setup and deliver food and equipment to workstations in the Food Department.

Ensure adherence and conformity of processes.

Ability to work as a team player

Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise

Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to twenty-five(25) pounds

Complete daily opening and closing sidework assigned by management.

Communicate effectively with the rest of the service team regarding guest feedback or requests throughout their dining experience

Obtain and maintain complete knowledge of all menu items and beverages

1-2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant

Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar to guest tables rapidly and accurately.

Assist the service team with table setting by ensuring appropriate tableware, utensils and napkins.
