5-7 years of Facility Leadership experience Required and
10 – 15 years of progressive experience in hospital facilities or plant operation maintenance. Required and
Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, Energy Efficiency, Joint Commission standards, FDA and other applicable State and Federal rules and regulations.
Must be able to manage a comprehensive program to ensure a safe work environment for patients, visitors, and physicians and staff.
CHFM – Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (required or must obtain with 2 years of start of role) Required
