At least three years' experience working in data analysis for an asset manager or service provider

Update and manage new and existing investment data within eFront systems.

Collaborating with various divisions leaders within the firm to identify and document product data integrity needs.

Assisting with data migration from the firm's legacy system onto their new one (BlackRock eFront)

Excellent time management and organizational skills are critical to success

10+ years of sales or product experience preferably some in alternative investments

Maintains excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Must have in depth knowledge of Fidelity and/or competitive products

Proven ability to successfully build and manage relationships with Advisors

Industrial Investment and Development experience at a manager level with 10+ yrs experience

The primary focus of this role is to manage all aspects of industrial project development.

Support the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements for approved projects.

Direct third-party relationships to complete project design concept and building plans in accordance to approved scope of work.

Coordination and representation with governmental agencies including utility districts.

Comfortable communicating complex information in concise terms to multiple audiences

Investment banking or corporate development experience in the investment management industry

Excellent client management and presentation skills

Robust time management & project management skills

Excellent writing and communication skills

Assist in drafting and negotiation of transaction terms and agreements

Review and preparation of descriptive materials (i.e. confidential information memoranda)

Analyze managers in relation to their investment process, track record, attribution, portfolio construction, and risk management capabilities.

Interact with internal teams including Operational Due Diligence, Product Management, Sales, Legal, and Compliance, as needed.

Knowledge of various alternative investment strategies. An existing network of relationships with alternative asset managers is strongly desired.

Remain up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory matters, and market events impacting funds, managers, clients, and the industry.

5 years of job experience in the financial markets. Experience in alternative investments is preferred.

Experience working with financial advisors and clients is preferred.

Experience working with senior level management maintaining confidentiality

Relevant Investment Banking experience and robust knowledge of all IB products

2-5 years of experience in investment management, alternative assets group of an insurance company or family office

Highly adaptable with excellent time-management and follow-through skills

Assist in the evaluation of potential new investment managers using quantitative and qualitative skills

2-5 years of investment banking experience, or working in a finance or investment department

Investigate a potential manager’s background, prior track record of success, and investment process that will drive future investment gains

Continually update the internal databases of performance, investment holdings, market exposures, and interactions with managers in the current portfolio

Provide financial information and reporting to internal management, external counterparties, and investors

Manage the external audit process and coordinate the financial statement preparation process

Coordinate investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and subsequent commitment closes

Review month-end investor statements and other deliverables

Understand and add value to discussions surrounding the governing documents of the Funds
