1 year of Power Plant experience

2 years of non-generating nuclear power facility (e.g. Navy Nuclear training/experience or experience at a DOE facility)

As directed, starts, stops, adjusts, tests and operates pumps, valves, switchgear, controls and other components of systems.

Performs operations in accordance with administrative procedures and NRC license including shift turnovers, log maintenance, etc.

Participates as a member of station fire brigade and will be required to function as fire brigade leader.

Initiates Emergency Plan in accordance with implementing procedure.

Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns

Minimum one year of experience operating mining equipment in a surface mining environment

Knowledge of GPS operation systems is an asset

Ledcor will also provide LOA (Live out allowance) of $26.45

Any combination of education, training, or experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities, may be acceptable.

Experience operating a 10-wheel dump truck is desired, experience with use of a plow and sander/anti-icing unit a plus.

The crew performs a variety of work from cleaning ditches, fixing cave-ins, and laying pipe to installing concrete.

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Strong work ethic is required.

Open, clean and place cheese on production lines:

Operate all automated and manual cutting systems.

Install and operate all shredding equipment (RA-D and CC-D model shredders).

Maintain record of bulk cheese usage utilizing RF inventory scanners.

Complete exception paperwork to document bulk cheese variations.

Maintain record of all dry ingredient usage.

Operation and maintenance requirements of trucks and light equipment preferred.

Operating in a courteous, knowledgeable and tactful manner with staff and general public.

Minimum of one-year experience performing maintenance work involving the operation of light and medium size equipment preferred.

Comply with all site safety requirements and procedures. Identifies safety hazards and takes corrective actions as necessary

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

The initial hourly rate of pay will range from $31.95 - $38.31 depending on experience.
