Masonry- Some experience in cement work

Ability to follow OSHA requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction

Carpentry -partition framing metal/wood studs, installation of basic cabinetry/countertops, installation of doors/window

Flooring-installation of VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares and cove base

Plumbing-replacement/installation of sinks, faucets, toilets and basic drainage and water lines (licensed plumbers encouraged to apply)

One year of recent applicable experience (preferred)

Compliant with company's requirements for immunizations, background check, etc

Assist nurses in providing daily care for patients.

Perform routine and non-routine patient care duties, including bathing, feeding and changing patients.

Assist with the administration of medications and treatments.

Assist patients with grooming and dressing, as well as other activities of daily living.

OSHA-10 Safety Certification (Required upon employment)

OSHA-30 Safety Certification (Not required but preferred)

Skid Loader & Lull Equipment Certification (Not required but preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Ability to move heavy objects, including lifting more than 2 pounds.

Ability to work in a team setting but also independently.

Report any problems to your manager.

Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific duty.

Be willing to travel and work away from home when required.

Must have valid driver’s license and meet the qualifications of the fleet safety program. CDL preferred.
