At least two years of progressive experience working in the Transport space.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear feedback.

Success with de-escalations and turning around user experiences.

Be Passionate. Bring the drive to deliver and improve end user experiences.

Very Strong domestic and international travel knowledge.

Must be detailed oriented, well organized and have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Experience with Executive and Talent travel.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a wide variety of areas with focus on analysis, problem solving and improvement.

Certification/Licenses: CAS, CTC, CCTE, TTP

Knowledgeable of KP and community resources.

Minimum two (2) years post-masters degree supervised social work experience in a clinical setting required.

For Psychiatry Department positions: Two (2) years of post-graduate mental health therapy experience within the last five (5) years required.

For Addiction Medicine Department positions: Two (2) years of post-graduate addiction medicine therapy experience within the last five (5) years required.

Knowledge of and ability to utilize current DSM nomenclature required.

Provides timely and appropriate assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment intervention of members.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate travel enviroment

Knowledge of domestic and international travel arranging

Strong attention to detail, well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of computer reservation system (Apollo or Galileo preferred)

Escalate most complex bookings to more experienced staff

Provide clinical services to all patients on caseload and assist when needed with other patients as assigned by clinical manager.

License eligible, actively working towards licensure and/or certification in alcohol and drug abuse.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a behavioral healthcare field.

Experience working with substance abuse, addictions, mental health, cognitive behavior treatment and motivational interviewing.

Knowledge of utilizing electronic health record software and documentation.

Counseling experience with adults, an understanding of psychotropic medications and symptoms and effects.

Proactively offers best options based on client travel policy and traveler requirements for each interaction.

Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation

Has specialist skillset and experience as a travel counselor in the areas of VIP, Concierge, and/or other specialty travel

Demonstrates excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills

May manage first level customer complaints/escalation (pre-travel or on-trip)

May function as a SME with specific client knowledge and/or GDS/systemic knowledge
