Trainee Quality Analyst Jobs

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements, understanding their needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions.

Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, document technical specifications, and identify gaps or areas for improvement.

Design scalable and efficient technical solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

Make recommendations based on the most up to date release offering

Experience Working on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) or any CRM is preferred

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in Agile environment is strongly desired.

·Experience performing metric analysis and developing metric reports for assignedprojects,presenting metrics information to management on projectdefects.

Location: Florida (Fully 100% Remote, EST hours)

Must Have Skills - Azure DevOps + SQL + Automation +Selenium + Postman api

Note: Need minimum of 9+ years of experience

·Minimumof 8years’ experience executing test scripts with any complexity level on multiple projects simultaneously

·Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Automation tools like Postman and Selenium

3-4 years experience (experience with large enterprise environment)

• Executes and documents test cases

• Writes and executes queries to analyze data

• Preps and executes testing activities pre, during and post releases.

• Participate in all sprint ceremonies and PI Planning events

• Ability to connect the dots of technical testing with functional testing

Maintain timely, accurate and complete reporting of routine and pertinent information to Quality management and other interested parties.

Perform and document periodic sanitation and safety audits and make recommendations to management for improvement.

Familiar with quality/food safety programs including HACCP, SSOP, Integrated Pest Management

Internal contacts include plant leadership team, supervisors and other personnel from Production, Warehouse, R&D, Logistics, Finance, and Human Resources.

Minimum of 2 years’ factory experience in QA/QC

Computer skill with MS Office –excel, word, powerpoint, power apps.

Report any processing trends to management team and suggest continuous improvement business processes to improve client experience and processing times

Strong communications skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to identify process inefficiencies and gaps related to client experience

Previous life insurance industry knowledge would be beneficial

Minimum of 2 years processing experience in a financial services environment, including conducting client risk assessments

Obsessing about customers, listening, engaging and act for their benefit.

2-4 years of related work experience - or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Experience working within Industry (preferred).

Knowledge of lean principles (preferred).

Testing products, systems, and software to guarantee they are defect-free and fulfill the quality standards of an organization.

Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review.

Completes key projects assigned by management.

Maintains proactive communication with Senior Management including periodic updates on engagement progress and identified or potential issues.

Preferred experience with software such as ALS, Hogan, Lease Master, Debt Manager, RMS

Five or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area

Overall responsibilities include commitment to ensure external and internal requirements ar met according to documented policies, procedures, standards and regulations.

Manage creation of new quality system policies and procedures and revisions to existing policies/procedures.

1-5 years of combined Manufacturing/Quality Engineering and/or Quality Systems experience.

1-5 years of experience with medical device or other regulated industries preferred.

1-5 years of experience working in an ISO certified environment required.

Working knowledge of FDA QSR/ EUGMP regulations strongly preferred.

Experience utilizing/applying quality management system standards

Experience with SAP (ME and ECC), including accessing/writing standard work

Demonstrated technical / professional writing skills

Knowledgeable in AQE and data analytics

Certification with professional society (ASQ, ASME)

Power-BI or similar data analytics and reporting experience

Assist with procurement and management of consultant services;

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
