Social Worker Program Coordinator Jobs

Experience and familiarity with learn startup methodologies

Direct entrepreneurial experience in a venture or angel funded company

Pursuing or achieved a higher education degree (Associate, Bachelor's, etc.), especially in a technical field

Experience working in a research institution

Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.

Identify researchers who have developed promising technologies and meet with them for more information.

Assures timely performance of utilization management processes to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Managed Care contract regulations

CCM from Adult and Pediatric Integrated Case Management preferred

3 years’ experience in pediatrics particularly with patients with disabilities aged 0-20 preferred

Maintains current education and training to adeptly identify the Member's physical, behavioral, functional, and psychosocial needs

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred

Plans and executes interdisciplinary and patient/family conferences as necessary to formulate and communicate the plan of care

Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.

Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP).

Knowledge of program coordination and administration which includes consultation, negotiation, and monitoring.

Knowledge and ability to write policies, procedures, and/or practice guidelines for the program.

Skill in organizing work, setting priorities, meeting multiple deadlines, and evaluating assigned program area(s).
