Provide Technical Support: Offer assistance and resolve issues related to software applications, hardware systems, and network problems for department users.
Inventory Tracking: Coordinate inventory levels of equipment and materials, performing data entry and maintaining records in FAMIS and other systems.
Specialty licensure/certification may be required, as specified by the department.
Previous experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to provide effective technical assistance and training.
