Understanding of industry requirements/expectations of a Quality Management System

Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices- for progressive quality management in a regulated environment

Quality Management Systems (Veeva preferred)

Support the active management of metrics program and Quality data analytics activities.

Strong data visualization skills and experience with relevant tools including MS office suite

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES

Participate in training and other educational events as requested or directed by their Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

This is not a remote position; on-site attendance at our office in Brockway is required.

Process monthly billing in accordance with established policies and procedures and within timely guidelines

Conduct monthly reviews of all outstanding accounts receivable items for assigned facilities and complete timely follow up of all unpaid balances

Enter accurate and timely documentation of collection efforts into the billing software
