It Product Owner – Data Science Jobs

Bachelors degree or higher or Combination of relevant education, experience and training.

Experience hiring and mentoring outstanding data scientists

Experience developing strong cross-functional partnerships with engineering, product, & analytics teams

Experience communicating technical roadmaps to business leaders

Proven knowledge in statistical and machine learning modeling

Ability to innovate and push the boundaries of data science capabilities

7+ years of team management experience

Experience interacting with product management teams

Function as a thought partner with senior management and stakeholders, and align stakeholders around the vision to gain cross-functional support

Manage prioritization of team resources to partner with cross functional teams such as Operations, Engineering, Product, Strategy, Finance

15+ years of experience in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

Experience interacting with senior leadership

Strong work ethic; demonstrated attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills.

Communicates with team members, stakeholders, and all levels of management.

5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product manager.

Deadline oriented and capable of self-management.

Articulates requirements for each user story with detailed acceptance criteria.

Uses data and insights from multiple sources that benefits the business and our members.
