Lead and manage the Billing and Collections team maintaining an environment of accountability and excellent customer service.

Six years of related experience required. At least four years in leadership capacity is required

Knowledge and expertise in grant billing and practices and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and electronic filing of claims.

Must have good interpersonal and negotiating skills

Knowledge of HMO, PPO, Managed Care and Indemnity plans

Minimum of 1 year insurance collections/AR receivables or related experience

Knowledge of current ICD codes and CPT codes

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer service

Knowledge of healthcare receivables and collections, including denial and appeal processes, preferred.

Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
