• Position requires strong legal research skills, including a working knowledge of Lexis Advance and/or Lexis Plus

**Must have at least 2 years of experience required on relevant topics **

• 2+ years of experience as a practicing in the required subject area.

• Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively

Research and draft chapters based on provided topic and table of content (minimum 30 pages of text per chapter).

Chapters must provide a detailed analysis of the topic and subject provided.

·Organize loan package for execution and review all lender requirements prior to Closing

·Strong attention to detail and excellent organizations skills are required

·Prior experience working in a real estate law firm (preferred)

·Review and verify all documents have been executed, notarized, and witnessed properly

·Identify any incomplete documents or potential issues and notify attorney immediately

·Scan executed documents to lender for funding approval
