At least 2 years of experience tutoring SAT, PSAT, and/or SSAT test prep strategies for a minimum of 15 hours/week

Test Prep Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities

Hosting live sessions, carrying out 1-to-1 Academic Tutoring sessions with students, engaging students on the program via email/chat, and more.

Continuously innovating to increase student engagement and success

Success in this role will be measured by the percentage of students who score 1500+ on the SAT

A bachelor's degree in any subject from a Top 15 US college or university

Bachelor’s Degree in education or related discipline.

At least two years’ experience working within an LMS.

At least two years’ experience designing and virtualizing curriculum and content.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence.

Evaluation and assessment skills, including collecting and using data on student and instructional performance to drive curricular improvement.
