Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields

Deliver and pick up products at customer locations in a timely manner

Ability to operate your vehicle in a safe and in incident free manner

Load and unload vehicle at our locations as well as customer locations

Access, use and safeguard sensitive, valuable or critical proprietary information in a reliable manner to ensure company and information security

Perform additional duties on company issued smart phone as requested

Act as a brand ambassador when discussing Kroger's Seamless Experience and delivery process with customers

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Provide excellent customer service while delivering orders to the customer

Ensure a high degree of professionalism and personal presentation when interacting with customers

Drive a company vehicle safely and in accordance to Kroger's driving standards

Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in good condition, resolving any issues that may occur

Education: High school diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 5 Years Customer Service/Collections experience required.

Business to Business Collections experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers.

Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.

Clear speaking and attentive listening skills

Picks up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory.

Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering our parts

Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador as you meet customers during your deliveries
