Assist the direct manager in managerial tasks such as those related to capacity analysis, issue management and reports to branch committee.

Help manage the annual model/system validation for the KYC platform/tool.

Conduct Know Your Customer (“KYC”) on opening new customer accounts and on periodic reviews.

Perform Quality Control of KYC files, including providing feedback on specific areas of improvement.

Assist the team head in leading and driving process changes, and managing updates to operating manuals and related procedures.

Support in the training of procedure updates.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client relationship management

BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or related field (Minimum GPA required – 3.0)

Previous experience in financial services/hedge funds a plus

Strong working knowledge of hedge funds and/or mutual funds

Strong research and writing skills

Strong accounting and analytical skills

Maintain release management schedules with all code review changes across all projects within IT.

Work with IT Sec to schedule and implement cyber-security vulnerabilities.

Manage application support globally, ensuring support queries from business users are dealt with swiftly and effectively.

Maintain and manage support of production components and look to automate redundant processes.

5+ years of professional experience, preferably with experience in the financial services industry

Hands on application support experience, preferably working with technologies such as Splunk, Powershell, scripting, Ansible, Windows & Linux.
