Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences

Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design

Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.)

General project management including adhering to timelines and budgets

(5) years minimum agency experience

Illustration abilities are a plus

WordPress skills are a plus

Experience in PowerPoint and Word are a plus

Experience with motion graphics and video editing and production are a plus

Assist MEP Manager to provide conflict resolution for MEP issues

2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor

Strong communication skills; verbal and written

Strong leadership skills; able to build and lead a team

Maintain adherence to HITT’s standards of safety

Assist bidding mechanical and electrical trades

•Previous experience of construction management on site

•Work on multiple projects as assigned by upper management

•Manage the construction project as owner’s representative in the US with challenging agenda

•Experience with construction of industrial buildings, preferably in greenfield manufacturing environments

•Previous experience of procurement processes and contract negotiations

•Good communication skills – writing skills and presentation skills

Stable employment history with MEP firms
