Preparing and presenting Monthly Financial reports to local management and HQ.

8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling and Reporting

Energetic team-player with communication skills, attention to detail, and a business minded approach in their day-to-day work.

Experience with SAP and/or Hyperion a plus.

Experience in Retail and/or Luxury Goods Industry a plus.

Support the monthly close review process and reporting

What we are looking for:

3-5 years of experience as a senior, strategic leader in non-profit, charter management organization or school district operations or finance-related position;

Exceptional analytical skills and data management;

Coordinate business insurance and maintain best practices for risk management and safety.

At least 3 years of experience in operations, technology, and/or finance;

Expertise and demonstrated experience in understanding finance policies and budgeting processes;

Strong systems thinking and management;

Demonstrated knowledge of applicable professional financial and budgeting principles.

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with large financial data sets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse constituent population.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects.
