Logistician Level 2 Jobs

Eighteen (18) months of experience in correctional, security, military, or police work.

Incumbent must remain alert and aware of escape risks inherent with transporting inmates outside the secure confines of the institution.

Ensure proper documents are sent with the inmate.

Conducts routine, unannounced security checks.

Assigned to the institution when hospital duty is not necessary.

Must successfully complete eight (8) week SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

4 years of experience working as a logistics analyst

Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Logistics

Serve as Multi-functional Logistician responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, managing and reviewing all actions concerning Army obsolescence, standard and non-standard assets.

Must be able to extract data from various STAMIS systems to create a dashboard report to the Accountable Officer.

Must be diverse and able to fill other roles as needed.
