Works with data managers and researchers to ensure that resulting data will answer research questions.

Manages communications with the study team and field-based data collection team(s).

May review and track invoices and payments; manage consultant contracts.

Requires 3+ years of research or evaluation experience.

Prior experience in global public health preferred.

Prior experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO) preferred.

(5) years of professional work experience in operations, project management, strategy, design, or relevant industry

Proficient in Keynote, Powerpoint, Miro, and experience with project management software such as Smartsheets, Airtable or Asana (strongly preferred)

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

Experience with, or working knowledge of creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

Knowledge of product creation processes + design thinking (strongly preferred)

Experience working with creative teams in a studio/agency environment (strongly preferred)

Collaborate and share knowledge with others

Manage and lead the Ideation and Building the Business Case efforts of Front-End Innovation and Phase-Gate projects.

Chemical Formula Expertise & Knowledge

Test equipment knowledge and test method development

Safety compliance and procedures knowledge

Laboratory Information Data System knowledge

You have proven experience and education in the following:

2 - 3 years of management consulting experience

Looking for a candidate with experience in strategy, innovation, brainstorming, research & market analysis

Experience with CPG is a bonus

Experience working at an innovation strategy and design firm

14 week contract, 40 hours/week, hybrid in Austin
