Human Resources Development Advisor Jobs

Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required

Three years' relevant human resources experience: Preferred

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification: Preferred

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

At least ten plus years of human resources management experience with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibilities

Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource systems and related software

Research, develop, and implement progressive and proactive compensation and benefit programs

Ensure compliance and understanding of legal requirements, government reporting and other human resources laws and regulations

Serve as Workforce Security Manager responsible for background checks, security and access, training, and investigations

Human resources certification such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR

Manage with quality employee records and personnel files

Help championing specific initiatives, re-designing HR Direct to drive self service capabilities.

Process terminations within the HR system

Proactively provide suggestions for process improvements

Collaborate with HRConnect Advisors globally to identify and drive improvement of service delivery effectiveness and efficiency

Analyse, categorize and log the received inquiries according to defined procedures
