Detailed Job Description A Hotel Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks in a hotel or resort. This includes inspecting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as performing minor carpentry and painting tasks. They may also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on equipment and responding to guest requests for repairs.
