1-2 years previous culinary experience to include grill and cold prep

Basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques as required by your work assignment

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Kitchen organization and cleanliness provides a safe environment for all employees and guest

At least 4 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred.

Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.

Be comfortable with butchering and cutting a variety of meats.

Be an expert at cooking steaks

Be amazing at plating and expediting their station

Responsible for stocking, organizing and ordering the necessary items for their station.

Have a minimum of 1 year full service management experience

Be able to work nights, weekends and long shifts

Have a passion for the restaurant industry

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Be authorized to work in the United States.
