Gate Clerk Jobs

Various shifts available ( Monday through Sunday from 04:00am to 08:00am )

4:00 AM-8:00 AM/4:00 PM-8:00 PM

Conducting breathalyzer tests on employees prior to them entering the facility.

Verify TWIC card is valid

Must be able to pass safety assessment

First 2 weeks will be 7 days a week

Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable)

Count floor and truck inventories

Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner (if applicable)

Receive and store incoming items according to warehouse standards

Maintain a safe and orderly storage arrangement for all items handled

Maintain cleanliness in assigned area (e.g. yard and warehouse)

- Use PINC yard management system to ensure all trailers are accounted for

6:00am - 2:30pm Sun – Thurs

6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday (these people will rotate working Saturdays as well)

6:00am - 2:30pm Tues – Sat

2:00pm - 10:30pm Sun – Thurs

2:00pm - 10:30pm Mon- Fri

Monitor the work areas using the security cameras and immediately address any security situations with management.

Must possess organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task

Handle incoming parts and returns and ensure they are matched to the paperwork and directed to the appropriate salesperson for action.

Abide by the Company Policies such as attendance, safety, processes, teamwork, training, etc.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required

At least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Legal right to work in the United States

Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and drug screening

Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English
