Reporting to the management any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations that arise at the theatre.

Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management

Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management

Up selling/suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).

Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.

Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year experience as a floor technician.

Working knowledge of all types of flooring surfaces, appropriate care, and proper use of chemicals and equipment.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Performs sweeping, mopping, stripping and refinishing of hard flooring surfaces following standard operating procedures.

Vacuums and scrubs carpeted surfaces following standard operating procedure.

Complete cleaning schedules on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Clean patient rooms, offices and sitting areas. Wash, dust, vacuum, sweep and /or mop all areas of the establishment.

Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition.

Clean and sanitize floors and furniture to infection-control policies, clean mattresses and beds according to established procedures.

Empty and clean trash cans.

Clean sinks, tubs, shower and toilets according to prescribed sanitary standards.

Knowledge and experience operating various pieces of equipment such as high-speed buffers, extractors, wet vacs, pressure washers, and auto scrubbers.

Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally

Willingness to take directions from the Facility Manager, Key Account Manager, or District Manager

High School diploma or equivalent education.

Minimum 1 ½ years’ experience in floor care.

·Performs in-process testing verifications of manufacturing/packaging data to confirm consistency in testing methodology and test data.

·Submit daily Analytical and Micro samples to QC for appropriate testing.

·When required, conducts approval of pre-start-up activities including line/room clearance, and initial equipment checks.

·Discusses errors directly with line personnel so corrections can be made if required.

·Reviews Production logbooks for accuracy and compliance.
