Experienced Office Cleaner Jobs

No experience necessary willing to train the right person.

This position is Monday through Friday

2.75 hours per night * $18 per hour.

Weekly paycheck & direct deposit Duties include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, full restroom cleaning.

Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems

Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

1 yr of similar work experience

Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

You have your own smartphone that can connect to WIFI and can receive texts and calls.

You don’t have any travel plans to leave Tampa within the next 6 months.

You have access to a consistent and reliable form of transportation.

You have a first job and you need a second source of income.

You show up on time to the shifts that are on your schedule.

You like to clean and you have amazing attention to detail.

Must have 2+ years of janitorial cleaning experience

Janitorially℠ attracts, hires and retains experienced janitorial cleaners within the janitorial industry with initial and continuous training.

+ Labor Pay: Starting at $18.70/Hour (This means earning the pay while physically cleaning at each commercial/office location)

+ Travel Time Pay: Starting at $18.70/Hour (This means earning the pay while traveling from one location to the next location)

+ Gas Reimbursement: $0.89/Mile (This means gas reimbursement by traveling from one location to the next location)

+ Pay Dates: 11th and 26th of each month
