This position is 40 hours per week, Nights, Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:30am. Candidates must be available to work every other weekend and holiday.

Needed carpet and vinyl replaced or cleaned

Cabinets and woodwork finished properly

Windows cleaned and replaced if seals are broken

Leaky faucets or toilets repaired, replaced if necessary

Clean and repair AC units
