·Continue education through coursework toward State of Texas Real Estate Appraiser Certification

·Undergraduate Degree Required. Preferably in Economics, Finance or Real Estate

·Real estate related internships or experience preferred, but not required

·Analyze market data and comparable transactions

·Review and analyze surveys, plats, leases, deeds and other legal documentation

·Write reports that may be used for legal disputes

Use credit related derivatives to help value loans

Assist in the documentation of processes, procedures, and model assumptions in accordance with internal validation standards

Contribute to the development of behavioral models intended to capture unique cash flows

Provide implementable statistical analytics for the support of portfolio modeling

Working with management with building and maintaining client relationships

Attending relevant industry events to broaden your knowledge and experience within the alternative asset industry

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses
