Qualifications For An Entry-level Residential Hvac Installer

Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Valued but not required skills and experience:

You will provide support to other engineers, project managers, client personnel, and suppliers to assure a complete and timely design

1-3 years of experience or familiarity in the design of HVAC systems

Exercise uncompromising integrity and ethics in the conduct of all business

Focus on client satisfaction in all activities

Maintain a highly competent and satisfied staff

A training rate of $24/per hour

Install equipment or parts and perform general maintenance on both HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.

Serving as a member of the SCR team displaying timely, efficient, and profitable accomplishment of assigned jobs and tasks.

Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills

Performs electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure peak performance

Perform specific scheduled maintenance tasks per scope of work. Including documenting the equipment's operational data with designed log.

Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction

Submits required paperwork in a timely manner

Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times

Electrical and small motor knowledge preferred

EPA Type 1 Certification preferred but not required.

1/3 hp to 1/2 hp compressor swaps

Must pass a background check and drug test.
