First 6 months approximately $3,500 month as a trainee salary

Upon completion of the trainee program - compensation would be $70,000 - $110,000 per year

A proven record of academic, athletic, and/or professional success. Previous sales experience is a plus

Must be a confident communicator and have good problem-solving skills

Utilizing sourcing tools and methodologies to identify potential candidates for highly specialized roles

Coordinate job interviews for prospective candidates with our clients, the STEM companies looking for specialized talent

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through relationship building and networking

Complete onboarding of hired candidates (paperwork, compliance, etc.)

Utilize CRM system, Sales Management Data, and Dashboard tools on a daily basis to track call activities and order entry

Primary responsibilities include driving professional product usage, brand recommendations (MOR, Most Often Recommended), and meeting/exceeding direct sales targets

Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills

Minimum of (3) years of Business to Business sales experience with a track record of success achieving all sales goals/quotas/objectives

Dental or Medical Sales experience is a plus, but not required
