Engineering Associate Jobs

Has education in bioengineering, chemical engineering, cell biology, molecular biology, or related engineering/life sciences field.

Has excellent knowledge of good laboratory practices and basic safety.

Has experience with aseptic technique (mammalian cell culture a plus)

Has experience with bioreactor setup, operation and troubleshooting.

Has strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Is comfortable working independently and within a team environment.

Demonstrated experience with the eddy-covariance technique, including, but not limited to, instrumentation, data collection, and data processing.

Experience with scientific programming languages in at least one of: R, Python, Matlab, IDL, or Fortran.

Experience with instrumentation for land-atmosphere exchange observations (e.g., programming dataloggers, instrument maintenance/calibration).

Field experience collecting environmental observations.

Experience and proficiency working in command line interface, particularly Linux environment.
