Function as the leader of the store when the Store Manager is not present.

Act as a business analyst, consistently monitoring the store sales performance to support the Store Manager in driving the business.

Previous experience within an omnichannel environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5+ years of retail experience with a concentration in retail operations, preferably within a luxury environment.

Serve as a business facilitator, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency.

Effective communication skills, being open to feedback and the ability to act on it

Consistently execute our selling model in a fun, team environment

Meet sales goals and expectations during your scheduled shifts

Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant

Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed

Abide by our values, policies, procedures and safety messages

Maintains knowledge and compliance with the Bank's Code of Conduct and all policies and procedures.

Actively participates in and completes required training and development experiences.
