Oversee design and execution of financial processes, improvements for policies, procedures, and financial systems

Responsible for preparing monthly and year-end financial statements in a timely manner in accordance with GAAP and management requirements.

Responsible for compilation of annual operating budget and financial forecasts as required by management.

Seven or more years of accounting experience with strong analytical skills

Reviews and analyses royalty reports and ensures compliance with established processes and procedures and requirements of licensor agreements.

Responsible for hiring, training, and development of Finance department staff.

Working-level experience in Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Word.
