The COTS Cloud-Based Case Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the architecture and development of the COTS Case Management Platform.

Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements

Meets deadlines and ensures products match customer requirements

Manage the allocation of case and alien numbers within the program

Reviews and research related Help Desk tickets and Software Change Requests (SWCRs) as designated by Processing Team managers

1+ year of experience in Refugee Case Processing

Demonstrated experience multitasking with attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

0-2 years job-related experience, with data entry, clerical tasks, filing, cataloguing, retrieving, and preserving records preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required; prior experience with Microsoft D365 preferred

Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Demonstrated resourcefulness in problem-solving and initiative to learn new skills
