Ice Cream And Coffee Shop Team Member Jobs

Take orders and manage the register/ cash handling

Prior cashier experience a plus

Make coffee & other beverage orders to fill customer requests

Scoop ice cream and toppings, mix shakes, create floats to fill customer orders

Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs

Restock bowls, cones, and toppings behind the counter

Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management

Notify management of customer or employee accidents

Report all safety risk, or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud to store management

Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products for which they inquire about

Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager

Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notify appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair

Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management.

Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
