Contract Manufacturing Specialist Jobs

Attends the weekly management meeting to discuss timelines and weekly priorities

Proactive, results oriented, self-starter with demonstrated strong leadership skills and experience in a complex manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with data and sample management required (LIMS/MES)

Manage projects to ensure timely initiation and completion of work.

Minimum bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical based GMP manufacturing operations.

Coordinate with Supply Planning team and 3rd party management to align on future production needs

7+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Lean manufacturing mindset, with end-to-end supply chain experience, highly self-driven

Highly organized, with strong analytical skills and champions collaboration

Cultivate supplier and manufacturer relationships through regular communication and business reviews

Work to understand available capacity line process detail, and troubleshoot production line layouts for efficiencies and quality
