Overview The Companion Animal Leader is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Companion Animal team. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of the Companion Animal department, ensuring that the team meets customer service and sales goals, and providing guidance and support to team members. Detailed Job Description The Companion Animal Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Companion Animal department. This includes managing the team, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that customer service and sales goals are met. The Companion Animal Leader is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Companion Animal Leader is responsible for ensuring that the team is properly trained and that all safety and health regulations are followed. Skills Required• Leadership: The Companion Animal Leader must be able to provide direction and guidance to the team.
• Communication: The Companion Animal Leader must be able to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: The Companion Animal Leader must be able to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Interpersonal: The Companion Animal Leader must be able to build relationships with team members and customers.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, animal science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of animal care and customer service
• Experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
