Decision making, account management, presentation, interpersonal, time management, analytical, organizational, communication (verbal, written and listening), presentation, and negotiating skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

RFP response and marketing initiatives experience required.

Knowledge and understanding of customer business, product, and market strategies

Ability to be comfortable with and to manage in-person client interface

Maintains communication with management in resolving technical problems that have been escalated.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.

4+ years of service delivery experience in medical device, biomedical or clinical technology support industry preferred.

Demonstrated experience managing a P&L and customer deliverables
