Multi-store visit calendar booking & management ability

At least 2 years of retail sales experience in open-sell environment – experience in Sephora or Ulta highly preferred

Welcomes customers to store, engaging with them throughout their store experience.

Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge.

Participates actively in training to learn new and promotional products. Continually works to expand product knowledge of coffee and tea.

Minimum two (2) years management experience in a customer service business (Preferably Retail or Fitness)

Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills.

Manage the payroll and supply expenses to ensure the club is within the budgets provided.

Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

This is not a remote position

Minimum 6 months customer service experience is required

Excellent communication skills – in person, over the phone and through email while professional, thorough and organized with strong follow-up skills

Ability to work Virtual Branch hours, including evenings and some weekends

Consultative customer relationship role in a related industry, with proven success, deepening client relationships and delivering results

**Hourly pay between $28-32/ hour based on experience.

Paid training as well as uniform provided.

Up to 100% travel should be expected with this role

This role is not eligible for relocation
