They are responsible for ensuring that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. They are also responsible for providing support to hiring managers and recruiters. Detailed Job Description The Candidate Relationship Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing candidates. This includes researching and identifying potential candidates, conducting initial interviews, and providing support to hiring managers and recruiters. The Candidate Relationship Specialist will also be responsible for providing feedback to candidates on their applications and resumes, and providing guidance and advice on the recruitment process.
