Prior formal management or executive-level experience in a government setting

Experience may substitute for one (1) year of the required education up to a maximum of four (4) years substitution.

Executive and management development and acceleration

Utilizes project management techniques to develop, design, and implement performance improvement for individual workgroups, departments and Citywide.

Masters degree may substitute for experience up to two (2) years.

Experience in coordinating large events (conferences, summits, workshops, etc.)

This position is working in the Austin, TX office 2 days a week and 3 days remote.

• Experience working for a Transmission, Distribution or similar utility.

• Experience directing, coordinating and working with cross-functional teams.

• Prior work experience in strategic and scenario planning.

• Experience in metrics, benchmarking and the creation of dashboards and other visualizations.
