Body Shop Admin Assistant Jobs

Using SAP and inventory management software, emailing and utilizing other IS programs as needed.

Providing World Class Customer Service and a positive customer experience as the number one priority daily.

Assisting the department managers in ordering for vitamin and body care departments and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Assisting the department managers in managing margin, driving sales, and overall department profitability including minimizing shrink and maximizing effective purchasing.

Offering and following up on special orders.

Working with the department managers to address performance issues within the department.

Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to body shop activities, including repair orders, invoices, and customer files.

Assist in preparing estimates for body repairs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.

Coordinate appointments and ensure seamless communication between customers, service advisors, technicians, and insurance companies.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.

Provide information to customers regarding repair status, estimated completion times, and any additional services required.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
