The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience

Experience working in a licensed childcare facility preferred

Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Working with small groups of students

Assisting classroom teachers with instruction, records, and assignments

Supervising students during lunch or recess times

Helping ensure that students are on task and successfully completing assignments

Help reinforce and clarify instructions to students.

Supporting the social/emotional needs of students.

Inspiring children to want to learn more about themselves and the world around them and delighting in their individual accomplishments.

Creating a learning environment that is fun, stimulating and engaging.

Working collaboratively alongside fellow teachers and administrative staff.

Developing meaningful relationships with families through personal discussions and communicating throughout the day via our online app.

High school or equivalent (Required)

DCF 45 hours completed (Required)

Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center (minimum 6 months).

Prior experience with the assigned age group.
