EDUCATION – High school diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program required.

EXPERIENCE – One year in a direct health care role required.

Participates in the standardized education of patients through written instructions and answering questions as directed by provider.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Department of Planning and Development

Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Commission, Community Preservation

Other duties may be assigned. ·

Assists the Senior Planner in administration of the Zoning Board of Appeals,

Planning Board, Conservation Commission, and Community Preservation

Knowledge of Washington State planning laws such as the Growth Management Act and State Environmental Policy Act.

Experience in reading and interpreting aerial photos, topographic maps, and other map information to conduct remote sensing for permit review.

Previous experience conducting environmental, land use permit review, applying regulations, and issuing administrative decisions.

Experience in customer service and helping citizens understand codes and ordinances.

Land use application review and preparation of staff reports.

Conduct field inspections to collect pertinent site condition information and check for permit compliance.

Bachelor’s degree and professional experience in Architecture, Urban Planning, Space Planning, Urban Design, or a closely related field.

Experience and comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Effectively use behavior management strategies and implement approved physical intervention procedures (i.e., transportation/escort and immobilization/restraint) as trained.

Follow classroom routines as outlined by the teacher and enact proactive classroom management strategies.

Promote and support peer interactions, generalization of student skills across settings, and work to foster student independence.

Modify academic, socioemotional, and behavioral tasks and materials to meet student needs/abilities as outlined by the teacher and Behavior Resource team.

Special Education Teacher I requires Bachelors Degree in Special Education or appropriate content area.

Special Education Teacher II requires Masters Degree in Special Education or appropriate content area.

Additional responsibilities will include: narrative writing, process and engagement design, and facilitating stakeholder engagement;

5-10 Years of professional experience in a design related field;

Responsible for the design of engagement tools and strategies, community engagement, research, and support of pursuits (marketing and business development);

Will oversee and create graphic content including analysis and diagramming, visualization, presentations, reports, as well as other visual communication;

Coordinate internal team members, sub-consultants, clients, external partners, and interface with local/national professional organizations;

Experience in creating simple video productions to showcase project progress (Adobe Premiere Pro or Movavi preferred)

At least 2-3 years of experience in the construction profession preferred

Write and submit detailed reports (using Word, PowerPoint, and video formats) to clients based on the provided data

Review drafts and final documents for proper grammar and language usage

Collect and analyze subcontractors' raw data, including construction productivity, site headcount records, and forecasting

Communicate with clients as needed to address requests and updates

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Possible occasional order placement at the direction of the Bookstore Manager

Pick up USPS mail at the Highland Park Post Office (HPPO) and deliver to campus

Sort the USPS mail into campus boxes (faculty, staff & student)

Sort FedEx and UPS parcels when they arrive in the Campus Post Office

Deliver mail & parcels to designated administrative offices around campus

Explains land use codes and other requirements to developers and the public.

Minimum of one year experience in land use development, planning or related field required

Experience in local government that involved heavy public contact preferred

Obtains vital signs and patient information for inclusion in the patient's medical record.

Prepares treatment room for examination of patient.

May assist with physical examinations by preparing supplies and handing instruments/materials to the doctor as directed.

Provides patients with basic instruction and information regarding examination procedures.

May operate an x-ray, EKG, or other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests.
