Three years professional reporting experience at a reputable news organization required.

Experience with audience-centered engagement projects strongly preferred.

Competence in SEO and other digital audience skills.

Experience using production systems and software tools required to edit, produce and curate content.

Demonstrated knowledge of complex social and cultural issues

Excellent time management and organization.

Manage communications and invoicing with partners, scheduling standing meetings, scheduling calls, processing consultant invoices, and other administrative duties as needed.

A college degree and 1-2 years of work experience.

Strong written and verbal ability, research skills, and attention to detail.

Understanding and experience with political or issue-based organizing;

Good interpersonal skills and comfort working in a collaborative team environment.
