KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):

Assist in overseeing work output of YAI paid professional working arts and other contracted staff

Ability to work collaboratively with others

Provide services and supports that stabilize, enrich, and develop skills to support effective coping, problem-solving and socialization skills.

2-years prior crisis experience – $2.00

4-years prior crisis experience – $1.50

Provide culturally sensitive and linguistically diverse services that focus on reunification and development of meaningful relationships.

A minimum of 3 years’ organizing experience
